Is processing local?

Yes for all V1.0 tools. Network probes (redirect chains, etc.) are planned later and will be labeled clearly.

Where are drafts stored?

In browser localStorage under the urlworkbox prefix. Recent URLs stay off unless you enable them.

Can I import/export query params?

Yes — JSON and CSV on Parse and Query Params tools.

Where is the blog?

Same-origin /blog when the PHP stack is deployed, or an external hub URL via env.
